Return & Refund

Desisundari (MANMEET KAUR) offers an easy 7-day return policy to our customers. Pls note – We have a Coupon Refund / Exchange / Monetary Refund available. Please ensure that you take an unboxing video Please ensure you take an unboxing video of the package before opening it.
If a customer is dissatisfied with the purchased Product received from DESI SUNDARI, or in the event where there are defects and deficiencies in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by DESI SUNDARI after due verification), he/she/they may initiate a request for returning the Product by sending us an email to DESISUNDARIOFFICIAL@GMAIL.COM. The customer shall initiate such requests for a return not later than 7 (seven) days from the date on which he/she received the delivery of the Product.

Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours of receiving your email.

Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:

Mandatory Criteria for RETURN:

The items should be unused and unwashed.
The packaging should have the original invoice, packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
There should not be any scratches or deformities on the surface of the product.
Ensure that Embellishments and Sequins on the product are not damaged.
Return request to be raised within 7 days from the delivery date by writing an email to DESISUNDARIOFFICIAL@GMAIL.COM.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS

STEP 1: Once you are sure you want to return the product, immediately send an email at DESISUNDARIOFFICIAL@GMAIL.COM with your Order No. and Product details/SKU code with your reason for returning the product(s). Please note all return requests need to be raised within 7 days of product delivery.

STEP 2: Our Customer Care team will revert on your Return request email within 24- 48 hours. We will arrange a reverse pick up for the delivered product.

STEP 3: Please make sure that you have packed the return product very safely (use DESI SUNDARI’S Original packaging box, or some strong packaging box with sealed tapes) to prevent any loss or damage to the product during transit. Any product received damaged in transit will not be qualified for refund and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. No Refund Coupon will be issued in such cases. In case a product is received without the packaging box, we will be deducting an amount of Rs 99 from the refund amount.

STEP 4: Hand over the parcel to our pick up agent.

The returned parcel will take 7 to 10 days to reach our warehouse. Your patience is highly appreciated.

Once we receive the returned product(s), a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met all the above mentioned criteria of Return.

If the returned product(s) meets all the criterion for return, then we will initiate your refund within 24-48 working hours of receiving the parcel. You will receive an email with the Coupon code worth your product value.

In Case your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partner for a reverse pick up. We will request you to send the products via any courier service or India Post so that the product reaches us safe. We will not be responsible for any damage to the parcel during transit, and will not be accepting any damaged products. Revert to this email & share the tracking details of the courier with us. In such a case, an additional amount of Rs 99 will be added to your coupon refund value as a shipping reimbursement. This will not be in actuals.

Pls note that the entire process of return , from the day of us receiving your email to you receiving the coupon code/ exchange/ monetary refund may take roughly between 10-15 days.

Note: In the case of Monetary Refund, we will be deducting a small amount depending on your order value, against the reverse logistics charges & we will refund you the balance amount.

PRODUCT EVALUATION & REFUND

STEP 1:Once we receive the returned product(s), a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met all the above-mentioned criteria of Return.

STEP 2: If the returned product(s) meets all the criterion for return, then we will be glad to issue you a Coupon Code or exchange or monetary refund. Forward shipping charges will not be reimbursed on actuals.

In case the returned products do not meet all our return criteria or we receive used/defective or empty boxes, we will not be able to issue any refund. We will send the products back to you.

You will receive your Coupon code in your inbox via email within 48 hours of us receiving the QC approved returned product.

Redeeming your COUPON

A Refund Coupon is valid only for 1 year from the date of issue.
A Coupon can be used for a Cart value equivalent to or more than the value of the coupon.
A Coupon cannot be used if the Cart Value is lesser than the value of the Coupon.
A Coupon cannot be split into different amounts.
Any item can only be refunded thrice in exchange of a coupon.
Two or more coupons cannot be combined.
Coupons are non- transferable.
Please note- All returns requests must be emailed to us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Note: In the case of Monetary Refund, we will be deducting a small amount depending on your order value, against the reverse logistics charges & will refund you the balance amount.

IMPORTANT – RETURNS/EXCHANGE ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON:

  1. ‘Scratch & Dent Sale’ products.
  2. Vintage Afghani Jewellery ( Treasures of Afghan collection). We will not be accepting any returns for these products as they are antique one of a kind pieces. Moreover these are vintage pieces that have lasted the test of time and hence may have certain marks, cuts, dents etc which cannot be considered as defects.
